Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Underwear sits against the most sensitive skin on your body. Once a pair has been opened, we cannot put it back into circulation for someone else. So we do not accept returns or exchanges on innerwear, in any size or style. That is a hygiene decision, not a customer service one.

If something is wrong on our side

Write to us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Email hellomaayu@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. 

International orders

The same policy applies. No returns or exchanges on innerwear.

Sizing is where most regret happens, and it is the one thing we can sort out in advance.
