Shipping policy

Shipment:

For India orders: 

• We ship our products all over India via speed post.
• Orders placed are shipped within maximum 3-4 working days from our office in Goa (including weekends & holidays). We take a few days sometimes to carry out the shipments, as we are a very small team of three women, running the brand out of a small remote village of Goa. 
• We ship via India Post mostly, as again we are based out of a remote village in Goa and it is also the most environment-friendly option with very less carbon footprint. 
• Delivery time via India Post is usually within 5 to 12 working days, depending on the destination. 
• However, we do address urgent orders. Please write to us at contactekinearth@gmail.com for urgent delivery requests. You can also DM us on instagram @maayu.in 

 

For International orders: 

• Orders placed are shipped within maximum 3-5 working days from our office in Goa via India Post.
• We ship on all days except Sunday.
• Delivery time is usually within 15 to 45 working days, depending on the destination.
