Shipping

We are a team of three women running Maayu out of a small village in Goa. Every order is packed by hand, by us. That is why dispatch takes a few days, and why we tell you the real timeline rather than a flattering one.

Within India

  • We offer free shipping on orders over Rs 1,500.
  • Dispatched within 3 to 4 working days from Goa.
  • Delivered in 5 to 12 working days, depending on where you are.
  • We ship via India Post. It reaches every pin code in the country and it carries the lowest environmental and carbon footprint of any option available to us.

International

We ship worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, email hellomaayu@gmail.com and we will place the order for you manually.

Dispatch and delivery

  • Dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. We ship every day except Sunday.
  • Delivery takes 15 to 20 working days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your parcel leaves us.

We ship internationally through India Post, which is slower than a private courier and significantly lighter on carbon emissions. If you need a faster delivery timeline, please email us at hellomaayu@gmail.com.

Charges, customs and duties

  • Shipping is Rs 2,500 on orders under Rs 15,000. We offer free shipping for orders over Rs 15,000. These rates are exclusive of any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applicable in your country.  
  • All international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • Customs duties, import taxes and handling fees are not included and are paid by you on delivery.
  • These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery (if applicable).
  • Maayu does not control or influence these fees, and they vary by country.
  • Do not pay any charge to a delivery agent unless it is clearly identified as a customs or duty fee.

Delays

Customs checks, public holidays and postal backlogs can add time. We track every international parcel from our end.

Returns and exchanges

The same policy applies as within India. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on innerwear for hygiene reasons.
